CONSULTATIONS

My background is in the Wise Woman Tradition of Healing. My process is to look at the body as a whole - including the physical, emotional, and mental aspects to get to the root cause of any imbalances. My intention with each consultation is to hold space for you so that you too can begin to listen to and heal yourself. I have a small apothecary with teas, oils, flower essences, and tinctures and can provide herbal remedies specific to your healing journey.

My herbal practice is now open in Slane, Co. Meath and consultations can be in-person or online via Zoom.

FULL HERBAL + ENERGETIC CONSULTATION

This full session (~90-120 mins) is curated to suit your needs. Each session begins with a grounding meditation and embodiment practice - helping to move out of the analytical mind and into the body. I will use my drum to bring us on a shamanic journey which will allow me to understand any energetic blockages there are in the body and what plants and lifestyle changes may be supportive for bringing the energies back into balance.

This space is for you to bring any questions about physical, emotional, or mental ailments for which you are seeking guidance and support.

This session will allow time for integration and any questions you may have. Sessions are available in-person or online. Before we meet, you will receive a short questionnaire that will ground us into the areas in which you are seeking support.

Sliding scale (choose what you pay): €150-200 for initial consultation

Follow-up consultation: €60

After the session, you will receive an in-depth herbal protocol including:

  • Plants allies

  • Nutrition guidance

  • Personalized herbal medicine

  • Themes & messages for guidance

  • Daily routines to integrate the herbal medicine

  • Summary of energy centers - and recommendations for bringing these into balance

HERBAL CONSULTATION

This 60-minute session is an opportunity for you to bring forth any questions or concerns related to physical ailments, emotional imbalances, or mental stressors. We will focus on herbs and practices that can help to bring balance and nourishment to the body. You will receive one plant ally to work with for 30 days.

Before we meet, you will receive a short questionnaire that will ground us into the areas in which you are seeking support.

Once booked, I will reach out to schedule a day/time that suits you best.
